Last june the prime minister Christian Wulff from Niedersachsen presented Theater Gajes the audience award of the International Streettheatre Festival in Holzminden.

This festival occupy a prominent position in Germany. On the programme, there were a lot of renowned companies from all over Europe.

Theater Gajes played their latest production “Don Quixote”. More than 7000 spectators have seen the performance in Holzminden. Famous groups as ‘Irrwisch’ from Austria and ‘Compagnie Carabosse’ from France were not a match for Gajes this time.
